Student Assistant for Cost Control

Your role

As a student assistant in Cost Control you will become an important part of the team that ensures correct case handling and settlement with our customers and partners.

Your tasks will include among others

• Quality assurance and control of cases and settlements
• Handling and follow-up on administrative tasks
• Collaboration with internal departments and external partners
• Contributing to continuous improvement of workflows and processes
• Ad hoc tasks within the team's area of responsibility

You will receive thorough onboarding and become part of a team with high professionalism, where we help each other and work closely together to deliver quality every day.

Who are you?

We imagine that you are pursuing a higher education and want to combine your studies with relevant work experience.

In addition, we would like you to

• Work in a structured way and have an eye for detail
• Thrive with numbers, data and administrative processes
• Be familiar with IT systems and quickly get up to speed with new tools
• Communicate clearly and professionally in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Take responsibility for your own tasks while actively contributing to the team

Experience with Excel or other analytic tools is an advantage, but not a requirement.
