Student assistant for Information's customer service

The position is located in the commercial department, and you will have the opportunity to shape communication with both new and existing customers.

The job

Your role will focus on servicing and retaining existing subscribers and users.

You will communicate by telephone and in writing with customers when they call and write in with questions. In addition, we also make outbound service calls.

Expectations of you

We imagine that you are currently pursuing a higher education.

It would be beneficial if you have previously worked with service or retention, but not a requirement.

• Service-oriented and responsible
• Positive and articulate
• Familiar with Excel and Word
• Structured and reliable
• Willing and capable of tackling diverse tasks, including the more routine
• That you can work on average 10-15 hours per week. During holiday and peak periods, the number of hours may be higher
