The role

• Support in coordinating and implementing procurement for our operational offshore wind projects in Europe
• Analyze and evaluate tender documents and prepare price comparisons
• Support tendering processes in close collaboration with the relevant functions in international teams
• Manage the activities in SAP
• Assist in preparing internal and external meetings
• Implementation and management of the documentation system
• Handling ad-hoc requests to support ongoing projects

Your profile

• Enrolled student, ideally in the field of Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management or Engineering
• Initial practical experience in an international company
• Very good communication skills in English, knowledge of German or Danish is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Strong analytical skills combined with creative thinking and proactive action
• Ability to work independently yet cooperatively in a results-oriented team environment
• Confident in diverse cultural settings and enjoy working in an international team
• Excellent spoken and written English
