Student job: Student assistant for Sales Support

Who is Cand?

The student job

In this student job you will help our partner support the sales work and create structure around their leads and customers. You will work closely with two experienced salespeople, where your task is to make the practical sales activities run smoothly and at the same time help identify new opportunities.

A large part of the role revolves around lead generation and CRM, where you will both find new leads, work with existing customers and ensure that data in the CRM system is up-to-date and usable. You will therefore also answer the phone, contact companies and update information – and here it is important that you have enough self-confidence to engage in dialogue and the courage to get a no.

You will also have the opportunity to come closer to the customers by, among other things, participating in customer meetings. The role is broad and hands-on, and there will be ongoing various ad hoc tasks where you can help make everyday life easier for the sales organization.

Your tasks

• Work on lead generation and identify new relevant leads
• Clean up and update data in the CRM system
• Contact companies by phone to clarify and update information
• Work with new leads, existing customers and former customers
• Support the salespeople with practical sales tasks
• Attend selected customer meetings
• Contribute to structure and quality in CRM data
• Handle various ad hoc tasks in the sales department

The company

In the student job you become part of an international IT company with offices around the world. You will be based at the office in Viby, where you sit with 8 colleagues, and where you work closely with the company7s Lead Customer Success Manager. The office is also easily accessible by bus, so it is easy to fit everyday life together. The company already has a Cand student employed.
