Subject-matter coordinator for the Sick Pay Team

Would you set professional direction and support colleagues in an employment-oriented effort for sick-listed citizens? Solrød Municipality seeks a professional coordinator for Job Placement with start date January 1, 2027.

About the role

You will become a central sparring partner for the team and the department head, contributing to quality, overview and shared professional practice. The team handles sick-pay benefits and the existing job clarification programs until they are concluded.

You will join the department's coordinator group, where together with the other coordinators you coordinate tasks and collaboration across the organization. You also have your own sick-pay cases. The scope of the case load is planned in connection with the coordinator tasks.

Your key tasks

• Provide professional sparring on sick-pay benefits and job clarification programs, including complex cases and decisions.
• Support legally compliant case processing with focus on legal certainty, progression and return to work.
• Coordinate professional meetings, knowledge sharing and follow-up, and contribute to prioritizing the team's tasks.
• Anchor new legislation, common professional approaches and workflows in the team's daily practice.
• Manage own sick-pay cases and collaborate with citizens, businesses and other partners.

We are looking for you

You have a relevant social work or employment-related education, solid experience with authority work in the sick-pay domain and knowledge of job clarification programs and administrative law.

You communicate clearly, create buy-in through expertise and dialogue and follow up on agreements. You work structurally and take responsibility for collaboration within both the team and the department. Experience with professional coordination or collegial sparring and familiarity with KMD Momentum is an advantage.

Salary and employment

The position is permanent at 37 hours per week. Expected monthly salary is DKK 39,200–43,000 before tax, excluding pension. Salary and terms follow the applicable collective agreement and local pay formation. The specific salary is agreed with the negotiating organization based on the role, relevant experience and qualifications.
