Supply Chain Coordinator for Textilia Group A/S

Textilia Group A/S is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for our Supply Chain department, located at the head office in Smørum. As Supply Chain Coordinator you will be a central part of our supply chain department, helping to ensure high data quality, efficient order follow-up and smooth daily operations. You will be the link between our Nordic departments, suppliers and colleagues and play an important role in supporting our purchasing and supply chain processes.

About Supply Chain

The Supply Chain department consists of two main areas : Textile Purchasing and Supply Chain Operations. We are 9 colleagues distributed across two locations and work closely with Textilia’s departments in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Together we ensure efficient processes, high data quality and a strong collaboration with both internal stakeholders and suppliers worldwide.

About the position

Your primary tasks will

• maintain and develop master data
• ensure high data quality in our systems
• create and maintain goods/items
• plan and follow up on purchasing tasks
• update inventory data
• handle shared mailboxes and ensure efficient case handling
• prepare analyses and reporting to support category and supplier management
• maintain documentation and process descriptions
• support daily operations with administrative tasks

About you

You thrive on administrative tasks and are motivated by creating structure and quality in data. You work systematically, take responsibility for your tasks and follow them through. At the same time you have good collaboration skills and thrive with broad contact across the organization and with external partners.

You can recognise yourself in several of the following

• you work in a structured way and have an eye for details
• you are independent and take responsibility for your tasks
• you have solid experience with Microsoft Office – especially Excel
• you enjoy working in different IT systems
• you keep an overview even when there are many tasks
• you are quick to learn, flexible and motivated by change
• experience from a purchasing or supply chain function is an advantage, but not a requirement
• experience with ERP systems, for example Aspect4, is an advantage
• you can communicate in Danish and English. Swedish and/or Norwegian is an advantage
