Bahne is looking for an experienced purchasing assistant for fashion & accessories for 30-37 hours per week as soon as possible

Bahne is seeking an experienced and skilled purchasing assistant to help our buyers with Bahne's fashion-/shoe assortment.

You will become part of our capable Backoffice fashion team and have an active and challenging everyday life in close collaboration with purchasing assistants, buyers and other colleagues – all with the common goal of ensuring increased sales and high customer satisfaction.

Your tasks

• Dialogue with our fashion and shoe suppliers plus our 22 stores
• Follow-up in close collaboration with buyers and other purchasing assistants
• Order emails that need to be answered on an ongoing basis
• Price updates
• Creation of purchase orders
• CSO ongoing replenishment
• Sales/clearance
• Ad Hoc tasks - and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help your colleagues

Qualifications

• You have experience from a similar position
• You are solution-oriented, structured and service-minded
• You are detail-oriented, dutiful and meticulous
• You maintain an overview even in pressured situations
• You think openly and positively
• Like to lift together as a group - also across departments
• You know that communication is an important factor in any collaboration
• You have experience with the Office suite
• You master Danish spelling perfectly
• Knowledge of Visma is an advantage
