About the job

As a Supply Planning Specialist you will have a central role in operational purchasing and ensure a stable inbound flow. You work closely with suppliers and internal functions to create high delivery reliability and optimal warehouse balance.

• Planning and order creation based on forecast and stock status
• Close collaboration and dialogue with suppliers regarding deliveries, capacity and improvements
• Follow-up on deliveries, backorders and deviations as well as handling in dialogue with suppliers
• Ensuring a stable inbound flow in collaboration with warehouse and logistics
• Collaboration on forecast and planning
• Maintenance of data and contribution to ongoing improvements

You will become part of Supply Chain & Procurement at FTZ. We are 13 employees in Supply Chain who work closely together to ensure stable and efficient deliveries. About you

You work in a structured way and have an eye for detail, which ensures that tasks are completed within agreed parameters. At the same time you take responsibility for your tasks and deadlines, so progress is maintained and tasks are followed through to the end.

In a daily life with many decisions and changing priorities it is crucial that you can translate changes into concrete actions without losing overview or tempo. Collaboration is a central part of the role, and you actively contribute to dialogue to create clarity in tasks and expectations, both internally and in collaboration with suppliers and other stakeholders. You follow up and take action when something requires attention, so tasks are completed and not lost along the way.

You are motivated by creating stable solutions and improving processes, as it contributes to a more efficient and reliable value chain. At the same time you thrive in an environment where we help each other, share knowledge, and maintain an informal tone in everyday life.

It is advantageous if you have

• Experience with operational purchasing, planning or supply planning
• Understanding of forecast, inventory management and inbound logistics
• Experience with ERP and planning systems
• Strong collaboration skills and good communication skills
