You join a larger contracting company where contracting, service, and our own workshops are interwoven in everyday life. Metalworking isn’t standalone, but becomes part of construction projects that can be large or small. The tasks are located in Aalborg and the surrounding area, so you work close to the city and close to the people who will use your craft further. It requires a welder who can take responsibility for their work and get things right the first time.

The role suits you if you thrive under fixed structures, but don't want a daily routine that feels like an assembly line. You will need your experience because the welding must integrate with the rest of the construction. Everyday: Welding, workshop and construction projects

Your everyday The day is guided by the tasks ready in the workshop and the parts of the construction projects that need to move forward. You work calmly and precisely, and you report in if the sequence, material, or task does not fit together. There is a need for an experienced hand, not someone who needs everything spelled out.

You will, among other things, work with

• Performs MAG/MIG/MMA welding according to the task
• Adjusts and assembles forged parts for construction projects
• Repairs and reinforces parts when needed
• Raises concerns if something doesn't add up before moving on

When a task changes along the way, it is you who assess what can be solved immediately and what needs to be clarified. That is how experience is used correctly.

We are looking for someone who can check most boxes You don't need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must stand behind what you deliver.

We envision that you

• Have at least 8 years of experience as a welder
• Have a driver's license
• Have experience with MAG, MIG or MMA
• Are reliable and show up as agreed
• Speak up if something doesn't add up

It is an advantage if you have worked in a workshop environment before. But the most important is that you can take responsibility and deliver quality work.
