You land in a production company where metal, mechanics, electricity and assembly work closely together. The welding workshop is part of a broad production area with metal workshop, mechanical workshop, electrical workshop and surface treatment. The tasks are connected with repair, renovation and production of specialized items, so there is more professional weight than ordinary assembly line work. You will have colleagues nearby in production, but the quality of your own welding is up to you.

Here precision matters, because finishing and quality assurance are part of the package. You must be able to take responsibility for your tasks, speak up if something doesn’t add up, and deliver welds you can stand by. Your everyday The day takes place in the workshop, where the parts go from welding to finishing and quality checks. You will work with MAG, MIG and MMA, and you must be able to manage both the welding and the surrounding finish. When a task requires further clarification, you take it up with the coordinator or the people who are on the item.

You will among other things work with

• Welder with MAG, MIG and MMA
• Do finishing so the item is ready for the next step
• Check the quality before the work is handed over
• Weld according to drawing or agreed specification
• Get involved in assembly or adjustment when the task requires it

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a welder

It is advantageous if you have experience with special production, aluminum or work according to specifications. But the most important is that you can weld properly and take responsibility for what you deliver.
