About us

Sydbo is a residential and activity offering, located in Stenstrup, Svendborg Municipality. The residential and activity offering is on the same site.

Here live 24 adults aged 22-86, all with permanently reduced physical and mental functional capacity, under the Social Services Act §§104, 107 and 108. We work with a fixed structure with predictability and recognizability, where the framework is determined from each resident's development level. Common to all residents is that they have a high need for specialized professionalism and approach.

We work systematically from the resident's goals so that sub-goals, development and rehabilitation go hand in hand.

About the job

As a temporary worker at Sydbo in the house department, you are very close to the practical work. You will be attached to one of our three houses, where 8 residents live in each. Over time you will be trained in all houses so you can be used across the whole.

We offer employment at a number of hours that suits you. We want you to have fixed shifts every other weekend as a starting point and possibly more shifts as needed.

Whether you have experience in the area, or are simply curious to learn, is not the most important for us. The most important is that you:

Salary and employment

In Svendborg Municipality the pay for this type of position typically lies between 26,569 and 48,846 DKK per month for full-time employment. The pay includes pension, special vacation allowances and fixed allowances. There may also be shift allowances and other special allowances. It is important to note that your specific salary is set based on your experience, seniority and competencies and agreed upon in negotiation with the relevant trade union
