About the job

Would you like to make a real difference for people with severe mental illness in a department with high professional standards, strong collegiality and focus on development? Then you may be our new colleague in the Psychosis Ward 06/07 in Vejle.

We are expanding our team and are looking for an engaged nurse who wants to strengthen our efforts for patients with mental disorders.

Whether you are a recent graduate or experienced, the most important for us is that you have the motivation and desire to work with psychiatry and actively contribute to both patient pathways and the work environment.

The position is typically 37 hours per week in mixed shifts.

The number of hours can be adjusted to your wishes.

About the ward

The Psychosis Ward 06/07 is an integrated psychiatric inpatient ward with room for 30 patients.

With us you will meet psychiatry in its full breadth and complexity. We work with patients affected by psychoses and other serious psychiatric conditions often in life situations where the need for support, structure and relational treatment is decisive.

The work in the ward ranges from acute admissions where there is a need for quick assessment, stabilization and a safety-promoting approach, to longer courses where we in close collaboration with the patient work with recovery, coping and gradual return to everyday life.

We are a ward where pace and tasks vary and where no day is the same. In return you get a job where you can really make a difference and closely follow the patients' development.

Psychiatric Department Vejle consists of
