Are you a nurse who can keep a cool head, a warm heart and a filled coffee cup, and would you like to work somewhere where days rarely become dull, where colleagues are helpful and in high spirits, is an important ingredient, then you are the one we are looking for!

We are seeking an engaged nurse for a 1-year temporary position with start date by agreement.

At Soldalhus you will be part of a strong nursing team consisting of four center nurses, who work closely together to ensure high quality and coherence in the care and treatment efforts for our residents.

Soldalhus is a newly built center with nice surroundings and lots of life. We have 96 beds in total, of which 16 are temporary and 16 are protected dementia beds. We have many skilled dedicated employees across professional groups.

The position is a maternity cover for 12 months with daytime working hours as a starting point and weekend shifts every 4 weeks. Working hours can be agreed with the manager. The position is available 1/11 2026 or by agreement.

You must be able to keep an overview, even when the phone is ringing, a colleague asks for something and at the same time a task comes from the documentation system.

You must thrive in collaboration across professional groups.

You have humor and can laugh with us when the day doesn’t go exactly as planned.

You see opportunities rather than limitations.

You know that good nursing starts with relationships.

We are not necessarily looking for a superhero.

We are looking for a nurse who wants to become part of our community in a everyday life where there is pace, but never so much pace that we cannot stop and help each other.
