About the job
Would you like to help build the cardiology department of the future?
Are you passionate about nursing of high professional quality, variation in your daily work, and a strong collegial community? Then we may have your next position.
We are looking for nurses for an interesting shared position between Medical Ward C, Acute Cardiology Clinic, the Cardiology Clinic and Heart CT. The position will be assembled in collaboration with you based on your competencies, interests and the department's needs.
With us you will have the opportunity to follow the patient through the entire cardiology pathway – from the acute diagnostic assessment and treatment to the outpatient follow-up. You will become part of a highly specialized professional environment where development, collaboration and quality are the focus.
A department in development – help set the direction
We are in the midst of an exciting process where cardiology will be established as an independent cardiology department. This opens up new opportunities, functions and forms of collaboration, and you will have the opportunity to become part of this development.
As an employee you can help shape the future cardiology department, contribute to the development of good patient pathways and leave your mark on both professionalism, workflows and cross-functional collaboration across our functions.
Professional development with Cardiology License
We have a strong focus on competence development and on ensuring that our staff have the right competencies to manage the cardiology patient pathways.
Therefore next year we will start a new competence program – Cardiology License. The program will support your professional development through a combination of teaching, simulation and evaluation with a focus on central cardiology patient pathways.
You will thus have the opportunity to strengthen your competencies, build greater confidence in cardiology nursing, and develop professionally in line with the department's needs and opportunities.
A varied daily life
You will be part of a team working across several functions; Medical Ward C, Acute Cardiology Clinic, Cardiology Clinic and Heart CT with new additions as the new department is established, such as AK clinic.
Why choose us?
With us you will be part of a department where professional development and job satisfaction go hand in hand.
We offer, among other things
- Opportunity to work with the entire cardiology patient pathway
- A varied daily life with roles across wards and clinics
- An individualized introduction program with mentor and shadow days

- A strong multidisciplinary collaboration with nurses, social and health care assistants, ECHO technicians, secretaries and doctors
- A culture characterized by high professionalism, helpfulness, humor and psychological safety, where we help each other and learn together
- Influence on your own shift plan through MyPlan, as we prioritize balance between work and private life
We are looking for nurses who
- Have an interest in or experience with cardiology
- Thrive in a daily life with both pace and depth
- Can work independently and at the same time value interdisciplinary collaboration
- Are curious, engaged and take responsibility for their own professional development
