Talent Acquisition Specialist

For our client, a large international company located in Smørum, Randstad is currently seeking an experienced and self-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist for an exciting temporary assignment until the end of the year.

You will become part of a well-functioning and professional TA team consisting of 7 skilled colleagues. Your primary task will be to drive the recruitment processes independently from start to finish and function as a partner for the business' Hiring Managers. You will recruit profiles across the entire organization, including specialists, managers, and Senior- and Director-level profiles.

Your primary tasks

• You have full responsibility for the entire recruitment flow - from the initial kick-off meeting with the manager to the final agreement with the candidate
• You advise and coach hiring managers on profile and competency requirements and draft a job advertisement
• You screen incoming applications, conduct active search in networks/databases, hold long-list meetings with the manager and conduct telephone screenings
• You are responsible for test feedback to candidates
• You book and coordinate the interviews and yourself participate in the 2nd interviews
• You handle declines to candidates who do not proceed in the process

Your profile

We are looking for a senior profile who has solid experience with recruiting at specialist and leadership levels, and who can quickly win the trust and respect of leaders.

We imagine that you

• Have documented experience with end-to-end recruitment of complex specialist and leadership profiles
• Have experience with SuccessFactors
• Have experience with test tools and professional test feedback
• Communicate fluently and professionally in both Danish and English, as you will be part of a global company with English as the corporate language
• Are outgoing, structured and thrive on having many balls in the air in a busy everyday life
