Team Leader for Facility Management – create wellbeing and efficient operations in our everyday work

As team leader in Facility Management you will be responsible for the daily leadership of six experienced employees. The team handles a wide range of tasks including canteen, internal service, reception etc. You will have a central role in ensuring that our facilities always appear welcoming and well-functioning – and that our service is top. The Facility Management team is part of the Centre for Economics and Buildings in the Health and Care Administration.

Your primary tasks

• Daily leadership and motivation of employees in the Facility Management team
• Planning, coordination and follow-up on tasks, minor repairs, relocation tasks and service to internal users
• Participate in solving tasks during holidays and sickness
• Ensure a good working environment, wellbeing and professional development in the team
• Quality assurance and optimization of workflows
• Participation in procurement and collaboration with external suppliers
• Dialogue with the management about development of the area and new initiatives

We are looking for you who

• has experience with leadership, preferably from an operations, service or facility area
• is clear, present and good at creating motivation and engagement
• has an overview, is structured and can keep many balls in the air
• has a flair for collaboration and communicates easily with both employees, users and partners
• ideally has knowledge of relevant IT systems and digital workflows

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local pay setting. The position is 37 hours per week. We expect that the position can be filled on 1 December 2026.
