Team Leader for Medical Equipment

We are looking for a new team leader for Medical Equipment. You will be team leader for a team that works with two important areas in Amgros:

• Responsible for tendering and operation of publicly dispensed hearing aids, where we work closely with regions, clinics, suppliers and colleagues in Amgros to create common solutions across the hearing field
• Planning and execution of both internal tenders and tenders carried out on behalf of the Danish regions.

As team leader you will be a "playing coach" who combines personnel management with active participation in professional and cross-cutting tasks, where you, when you are not working with management, will contribute to the daily task solving within the hearing area.

Your responsibilities

You will among other things

• Have line management responsibility for the team's 6 employees and support their professional and personal development.
• Ensure wellbeing, engagement and a good working environment.
• Prioritize and coordinate tasks and resources in close interaction with the team's procurement coordinator.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the medical equipment area.
• Be an active sparring partner for the department head and collaborators across Amgros.
• Drive relations with regions, clinics, user groups and suppliers.
• Actively participate in the daily task solving and support operations when necessary.
