Technical Manager for the Eastern Region

About the job

As Technical Manager you have the overall responsibility for the technical department in Region East. You will be part of the top management and play a central role in translating strategy into stable operation and high quality in all projects.

You are the link between strategy, sales and daily technical operations in the region – and you ensure an efficient and professional delivery – from the first spade in the ground to handover.

Your main tasks

• Lead and develop the technical organisation and your leaders
• Ensure quality, progress and economy in the projects
• Drive capacity and resource planning
• Strengthen collaboration with subcontractors and internal functions
• Follow up on performance, risks and improvements
• Ensure a consistent and professional delivery culture

Your professional and personal qualifications

We are seeking a Technical Manager who has solid experience from the construction industry and is used to leading through managers.
