Technical M365 Specialist for IT Provisioning

In IT-Forsyningen we have just opened a new exciting chapter, as a new municipality is on its way to join the collaboration. With the inclusion of the sixth municipality in our ownership, we are facing a number of new and larger tasks, including harmonisation of IT solutions and establishment of new common platforms and services for our six owner municipalities.

One of the larger initiatives is the transition to the M365 platform. Several of the municipalities have already started using the platform, while others are well on their way. We are therefore looking for a new colleague for our technical area with a focus on the M365 platform.

Your tasks

As an IT specialist in IT-Forsyningen you will join our Client Team of eight dedicated employees and a team leader. You will be involved in a wide range of technical tasks – both internally in IT-Forsyningen and in collaboration with our owner municipalities, where you will work with:

• The M365 cloud platform – including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, licenses and rights.
• AI and new technologies – AI will be a central focus area, and you should have a good understanding of AI technologies and their possibilities in Microsoft 365. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of e.g. Copilot, Power BI, Microsoft Foundry AI and other relevant AI services.
• Technical ownership and advisory – you will be technically responsible for selected M365 solutions and consult with the owner municipalities on how they are best utilized and supported. This takes place, among other things, through our inter-municipal M365 coordination groups.
• Implementation and operation – you will participate in projects focusing on the implementation, deployment and uptake of M365 solutions. You will work with configuration, administration, integrations, security and governance and help translate new technological possibilities into solutions that create value for our owner municipalities.

Your professional competencies

As our new IT specialist we envision that you have strong competencies within the following technical areas to succeed in the role:

• Can understand and write PowerShell/scripts.
• Have broad experience in operating Intune, SCCM, Mobile Device Management, M365 and EXO environments.
• Solid technical understanding of Microsoft on-prem and cloud environments.
• Implementation of technical projects, e.g. new systems, packaging of MSI/Intune.
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of both Windows clients and professional applications.

About you

As our new colleague you have a solid IT-technical background and a natural interest in translating new technological possibilities into solutions that create value for our owner municipalities.

In addition, it is important to us that you

• Have knowledge of enterprise environments with hybrid cloud solutions.
• Have a good understanding of technical IT infrastructure and quickly grasp new tools and technologies.
• Are proactive, takes initiative and can work independently.
• Are good at analyzing and solving challenges.
• Are collaborative and can build good relations both internally in IT-Forsyningen and with our many partners in the owner municipalities.

For communication in collaboration, it is required that you master Danish in writing and speaking. In addition you must have a driving license, and you must be able to present a clean criminal record.

A little about us

IT-Forsyningen is a cross-municipal §60 company that handles IT operations and services for our five owner municipalities: Allerød, Ballerup, Egedal, Fredensborg and Furesø. As of 1 December 2026, Hørsholm Municipality will also join the company. We are currently 75 employees serving about 15,000 users across town halls, job centers, schools and institutions. Our tasks span a wide range of service and operation of the municipalities’ IT. The aim is to ensure a stable, modern and future-proof IT operating environment and the best possible digital platform for solving the municipalities’ core tasks.
