Do you have experience within holistic care, team collaboration, rehabilitation, care and personal care? Are you a passionate nurse, good at communication and collaboration? Then we have the perfect position for you!

Lynggården Elder Center in Hirtshals. The department consists of 14 apartments with 14 residents.

If you see somatics as an exciting field of work, you will here have the opportunity to become part of our team.

You will work day shifts about 20-30 hours per week; that is to be agreed.

Temporary position expected to last 1 year, with possibility for extension.

About you

Your role at Lynggården Elder Center entails

● Lead role/contact person regarding citizen pathways together with

assistants and nursing aides and Social and Health helpers day, evening and night.

● Professional sparring and skills development.

● Focus on good documentation.

● Close contact with residents and relatives.

● You are a licensed nurse, preferably with several years of experience.

● You value thinking the whole way around the citizen.

● You enjoy teaching your colleagues and sharing knowledge.

● You can work with a cross-disciplinary focus.

● You preferably have experience within somatics.

● You see a neuropedagogical approach as a working tool.

● You recognize the importance of documentation.

● You have a very good demeanor.

● Ideally experience in CURA.

Practical information

Salary and terms of employment are fixed in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
