Thisted Handelsgymnasium seeks an engaged part-time teacher for a maternity leave replacement in PE C with start on 1 January 2027.

At Thisted Handelsgymnasium you will become part of a strong professional community with dedicated colleagues and ambitious students. Our current PE teacher goes on maternity leave, and we are therefore seeking a part-time teacher to take on the teaching in PE C.

Thisted Handelsgymnasium is a smaller and close-knit business high school. The students know each other, and the teachers have close contact and relation to the individual student. We prioritize an inspiring study environment with a high degree of student involvement and practically oriented learning methods. We are also part of EUC Nordvest and thus part of a larger professional and social community.

About EUC Nordvest

EUC Nordvest offers a wide range of educational opportunities within technical and mercantile vocational educations (EUD/EUX), technical and mercantile upper secondary programs (HTX/HHX), maritime programs, labor market training (AMU) as well as other continuing and further education (VEU). The various programs together have about 1,300 year-students, while the kursuscenter serves about 7,500 participants per year. EUC Nordvest has campuses in Thisted, Nykøbing Mors, Fjerritslev and Thyborøn and employs about 225 staff.

Salary and employment terms

The position is a maternity leave replacement as a part-time teacher. Hiring starts from 1 January 2027. Teaching currently comprises 3 weekly lessons, and there may also be exam work.

Salaries are paid in accordance with applicable regulations and agreements with the Danish Agency for Workforce and Competence under the Ministry of Finance.
