Tingløkkeskolen is looking for a pedagogue or pedagogical assistant

At Tingløkkeskolen we have high ambitions for our work with children and young people. We are therefore seeking a pedagogue for a permanent 35-hour position with a resource-oriented view of the world, an appreciative view of children and a particular focus on collaboration.

Tingløkkeskolen has 85 dedicated staff and about 750 lovely children, all contributing to an exciting everyday life, where there is room for diversity and high ceilings.

• You will in the school part be attached to one of the early years cohorts. In the year group you collaborate with other staff to ensure and develop a good learning environment that gives each pupil the opportunity to participate meaningfully in the teaching
• We work with “professional learning communities”, where one of the school’s mentors continually facilitates processes that help sharpen pedagogical reflection and develop the pedagogical repertoire of actions
• We expect that you are passionate about working with children and that your application reflects that you have considered our way of solving our core task as described above and on the school’s website

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating-empowered organisation. The position is remunerated according to the current collective agreement depending on experience and qualifications. The expected salary level will be stated prior to any interview.
