Børnehuset Oasen is part of the Landsbyordning Tre Ege and is located in a colorful wooden house on a large natural plot in Kværndrup. We have around 40 kindergarten children and 13 nursery children and work every day to create safe, developing and community-building play and learning environments for all children.

In Oasen we work with a Nest-inspired approach, where structure, relationships and opportunities for participation for all children are central elements in our pedagogical practice. At the same time, nature and outdoor life are a natural part of everyday life and our pedagogical work.

As part of the Landsbyordning, we work to strengthen cohesion and create good transitions in the children’s lives and time with us. At the same time, we work with the implementation of our value framework, where the four values: community, ambition, trust and creativity are the foundation for how we collaborate and develop our practice.

We have engaged staff and children who approach early childhood education with curiosity and a desire to play and learn. As an employee in one of the maternity leave positions, you will be an active part of both the daily life in the nursery and the ongoing professional development in the Landsbyordning.

We are looking for two trainedpedagogues, pedagogical assistants or childcare assistants, who:

• Have an eye for children's well-being, development and participation in communities.
• Work relationally competent and structured.
• Contribute actively to the development of play- and learning environments.
• Thrive in close cooperation with colleagues, parents and external partners.

We expect to conduct employment interviews on 26 October. The interviews will take place at Dept. Kværndrup, Kirkevej 3, 5772 Kværndrup.

Employment terms

Employment is according to the applicable collective agreement, and positions are paid in the range of DKK 29,638.44 to DKK 44,475.50 incl. pension. Upon hire, child and criminal background checks as well as relevant references will be obtained.
