Then you now have the opportunity to become part of our dedicated team in Home Care and Nursing Løgstør .

We are looking for two nurses for maternity cover . One position starts as soon as possible, while the other starts in January 2027.

The positions are up to 37 hours per week in mixed day and evening shifts with work approximately every 4th weekend. Other hours can be agreed.

As a nurse with us you will become part of District Løgstør and gain a varied nursing daily life close to the citizen. Acute nursing will be part of the function, and you will receive competency development within acute nursing.

Who are we?

In Home Care and Nursing Løgstør you will become part of an workplace where we help each other, make each other look good and value professionalism and job satisfaction high.

We are eight dedicated nurses and a nurse coordinator who work closely together to create good and coherent care pathways for our citizens – always with room for laughter, professional sparring and development along the way.

We have close collaboration across professional groups and work daily with social and health care assistants, social and health helpers, pedagogues, unskilled staff, administrative employees, students and trainees.

We also have nursing students attached to the department, who are guided by our clinical supervisor, and we prioritise learning, development and professional reflection highly.

The department is one of four Home Care and Nursing Districts in Vesthimmerland Municipality. We are about 80 employees attached to the district, which covers Løgstør town, rural areas, health clinics and e-district.

A varied nursing daily life

As a nurse in District Løgstør you will have an independent and versatile role, where you meet citizens with stable, complex, subacute and acute problems.

Acute nursing will become part of your function, and you will receive the necessary competency development for the task. It will give you the opportunity to develop your clinical competencies and apply them when a citizen's condition changes, and there is a need for observation, clinical assessment, action and coordination.

At the same time you are an important part of the close collaboration between nursing and home care. You participate, among other things, in triage and our interdisciplinary rehabilitation meetings (TFR) , where we assess citizens' situations, coordinate interventions and create coherence in citizens' pathways.

With us you are not alone with the professional assessments. We prioritise sparring highly and actively use each other's different professional skills and competencies.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment are in accordance with the current DSR agreement.

One maternity leave position is desired to be filled as soon as possible , while the other is desired to be filled from January 2027 .
