In scenic surroundings by Bagsværd Lake, Børnehuset Vævergården is seeking two pedagogues for permanent positions as of January 1, 2027. We generally seek pedagogues for the kindergarten, but we are happy to talk to you if you wish to work in the nursery.

At Vævergården, children should meet present and caring adults who create safe frames. They should meet authentic adults who, through activities and play, ensure well-being and contribute to all children feeling like part of the community. Does that sound like something for you? Then read on.

Who are we?

Børnehuset Vævergården consists of five groups with children aged 0-6 years. Vævergården is an older, charming house with a newly renovated playground. The pedagogical staff help plan the daily life for the children, and there are good opportunities to have influence on both everyday routines and workflows. There is also room for creativity and imagination when it comes to layout, play and activities.

At Vævergården we place a high value on the good childhood, and you should enjoy working with a focus on good child communities and participation opportunities for all children. We have a creative workshop where aesthetic processes can unfold. With Bagsværd Lake right next door, there is plenty of opportunity to explore nature and use outdoor life together with the children. It is not a requirement that you have extensive knowledge of nature – the most important thing is that you want to be in it, make it fun and playful, and be curious together with the children.

We have cargo bikes for longer trips out of the house.

We are looking for pedagogues who

• want to help develop and maintain our pedagogical environments.
• thrive working in a structured way and are ready to support collaboration across the children’s groups.

The position is 37 hours per week. If a full-time position is not right for you, we are happy to discuss another number of hours.
