Carpenter for roofing work and carpentry tasks in Hadsund

Do you want a company car, freedom with responsibility and tasks that span a wide range?

We are looking for a carpenter for new builds, renovations and roofing in Hadsund.

You will join a carpentry team of about 20 employees, where the tasks are not just one type of job. The work ranges from new builds and renovations to service, dampers, carpentry and roofing. The customers are both private and commercial, so you must be able to talk properly with people and still get things done. The jobs are located around Hadsund, and you switch between driving yourself and working with a partner.

The good thing about the setup is the freedom. You get a company car and responsibility to make the day work, but you won’t land somewhere where people disappear after a few months. People stay here, so you land in a team that knows each other.

What you get Salary: 190-220 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Hadsund and surroundings

Colleagues: About 20 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Everyday: New builds, renovations and service

Your everyday

The day starts with the tasks planned in, and you assess the order based on what is urgent. Some days it’s about neatly closing a service task, other days you are in a new build or renovation where the next trade must be able to come to. When something is missing, you report it instead of letting the task drift.

You will among other things work with

• Working on new builds in homes and commercial properties
• Taking renovation tasks from start to finish
• Carpentry where the finish must sit
• Carrying out service and dampers for customers
• Taking on roofing work when the task requires it

When something is tricky, you speak up early so the customer and the rest of the team aren’t hung up. It has to be good work, no half measures.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes

You don’t need to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license, because you drive yourself to the tasks
• Have experience as a carpenter and can work independently
• Are reliable and show up as agreed
• Speak properly with customers
• Say if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have experience with new builds, renovations, service or roofing. But the most important is that you take responsibility for what you deliver.

Already employed?

Then of course it should make sense to switch.

Therefore we start with a non-binding chat. You can hear more about the tasks, the company, the pay and everyday life before you decide anything. And yes, it happens discreetly.
