Transaction Services - Director with Partner Potential

At BDO we are looking for a Director with ambitions and partnership potential who will lead the building and running of a Transaction Services team in one of Denmark's best Deal Advisory environments.

About the role

As a Director in Transaction Services you will have a central role in developing the business in financial due diligence and advisory.

Your tasks will include

• To build, run and develop a highly specialized Transaction Services team. We'll help you get started, after which you set the direction for the team's further development.
• To drive and conduct financial due diligence on both buy- and sell-side—from the first meeting with the client to the final report for both Danish and international clients.
• To negotiate contracts and submit bids, as well as negotiate key terms in transaction agreements, including warranty schedules.
• To identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities that could affect the transactions.
• To attract and develop new business opportunities through both your own network and BDO's existing client relationships.

About you

We imagine that you already have solid experience with Transaction Services advisory at senior level, preferably from the audit or consulting industry, and that you have worked with both Danish and international clients.

From day one you will be responsible for both your own projects and for building your own Transaction Services team. You thrive on taking responsibility, driving complex processes, and you have your toolbox ready so you can navigate confidently through negotiations, analyses and reporting.

At the same time you have both the courage and the drive to create new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships – both through BDO's existing network and through what you build yourself.

BDO Deal Advisory currently consists of about 20 specialists in M&A, Valuation and Transaction Services, of which the current Transaction Services & Valuation team counts 10 dedicated employees.

Your immediate manager will be a partner and head of Transaction Services & Valuation, Per Bech.
