We are looking for two nurses for maternity leave replacements . One replacement starts as soon as possible, while the other starts in January 2027.

The positions are up to 37 hours per week in mixed day and evening shifts, working roughly every 4th weekend. Other hours can be agreed.

As a nurse with us, you will be part of District Løgstør and will have a varied nursing everyday life close to the citizen. Acute nursing will be part of the role, and you will receive competency development in acute nursing.

Who are we? In Home- and Nursing Care Løgstør you will become part of a workplace where we help each other, play to each other’s strengths and place a high value on professionalism and job satisfaction.

We are eight dedicated nurses and a nurse coordinator , who work closely together to create good and coherent pathways for our citizens – always with room for laughter, professional sparring and development along the way.

We have close collaboration across professional groups and work daily with social and health care assistants, social and health helpers, pedagogues, unskilled workers, administrative staff, students and learners.

We also have nursing students attached to the department, who are guided by our clinical supervisor, and we highly prioritise learning, development and professional reflection.

The department is one of four Home- and Nursing Districts in Vesthimmerland Municipality. We are around 80 staff attached to the district, which covers Løgstør town, rural areas, health clinics and e-district.

A varied nursing everyday life As a nurse in District Løgstør you will have an independent and versatile role, where you meet citizens with both stable, complex, subacute and acute problems.

Acute nursing will be part of your function, and you will receive the necessary competency development for the task. It gives you the opportunity to develop your clinical competencies and bring them into play when a citizen’s condition changes, and there is a need for observation, clinical assessment, action and coordination.

At the same time you are an important part of the close collaboration between the nursing service and home care. You will, among other things, participate in triage and our multidisciplinary rehabilitation meetings (TFR) , where we together assess the citizens’ situation, coordinate interventions and create coherence in the citizens’ pathways.

Salary and employment terms Pay and employment are in accordance with the current DSR collective agreement.

One maternity leave replacement is to be filled as soon as possible , while the other is to be filled from January 2027 .
