In return, we are looking for a professionally strong pedagogue for our unique community at Nokken. Our institution has berthed at Copenhagen's best harbor location, and here we love to wave at the harbor bus from the playground. In the backyard just around the corner, fallow deer roam on Amager Fælled, which also contains countless small oases and great nature experiences. We have room for broad shoulders here at Nokken, and whether you are a lighthouse or a freight ship, it is crucial that you are stable, present and engaged.

We offer you a workplace with freedom under responsibility, professional development also across the rooms and with plenty of room for new thinking and idea development. We have established a good evaluation culture, so our foundation is continuously strengthened as we become clearer about the core task concerning the children. And it pays off, for we have the city's happiest children, who cheer every day when they come to Nokken to play and learn.

They might go out to harvest their potatoes in the garden for the campfire meal or in the workshop to saw and carve. Parents also cheer our daily documentation and respond with very positive engagement and tremendous support for our common course. We are two kindergarten teams with a total of four rooms and a toddler team with three rooms.

Employment terms

All employees are connected to a health plan with Falck Healthcare, which provides free treatment with physiotherapist, masseur, reflexology and chiropractor

Your working hours will be from 7.00-17.00 Monday-Thursday and Friday 7.00-16.00. You should expect meeting activity outside this time. The position is, as a rule, 37 hours per week with attachment to the kindergarten.

You have the opportunity to have one hour for pedagogical preparation per week.

We will obtain a child and criminal record certificate as well as references from previous employment.

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local pay formation.
