Vigilant night shift for the one-on-one interventions

Permanent position: 1 awake night shift 7/7 in even weeks, 37 hours per week

Temporary position with possibility of extension: 1 awake night shift Thursday – Sunday in odd weeks, 23 hours per week

About the service

At Rosenkildevej 61 there are 4 residents, each living in their own apartment according to the Social Services Act § 108. It is a shielded service where all residents require 1:1 support during wake hours and caring night shifts that can create calm and security at night.

The residents have all diagnoses within the autism spectrum and cognitive challenges, with both behavioral and personal challenges. There can be self-harming and outward-directed behavior. In addition, the residents need help with personal hygiene, and they may have challenging behavior around this.

We are a professionally grounded workplace with a strong team of dedicated and engaged staff. We work with an appreciative approach and meet the residents based on their individual needs. Our pedagogical approach is recovery-oriented and based on the Low Arousal approach.

Your tasks as a night shift worker

• ensure safety and calm for the residents at night
• support the residents as needed, both practically and pedagogically
• daily documentation
• light cleaning and tidying tasks, etc.

Who are you?

Experience with the target group is an advantage, but we are open to you who have a good heart and a willingness to learn. You are structured, responsible, and always ready to meet the residents with recognition and care.

Salary and terms of employment

Employment is offered under the Agreement for Caregivers and Pedagogical Assistants, entered into between KL and FOA.

The starting salary is expected to be based on placement as caregiver and pedagogical assistant at the base pay grades 15-21.

Placement depends, among other things, on educational background, seniority and qualifications.

The starting salary range is therefore 26,894.71 – 29,767.24 DKK/month excl. pension.

In addition, there is the possibility of negotiating individual allowances based on relevant competencies, cf. the Common Agreement on Local Salary Formation.

Employment is offered under the Agreement for Social Pedagogues, between KL and SL.

The starting salary is expected to be based on placement as social pedagogue at the base pay grades 27-34.

Placement depends, among other things, on educational background, seniority and qualifications.

The starting salary range is therefore 33,439.06–37,877.85 DKK/month excl. pension.

In addition, there is the possibility of negotiating individual allowances based on relevant competencies, cf. the Common Agreement on Local Salary Formation.
