At Børnenes By we are looking for qualified pedagogues for permanent positions with employment 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Yes, we are a large institution...

We do not hide that. In fact we sometimes hear that our size can make some applicants think: "Phew, it sounds big."

But here is the secret

Børnenes By does not feel big. It feels like a work community where you know each other, help each other and always have colleagues close by when there is a need for sparring, good ideas or an extra hand.

In Børnenes By we have a common pedagogical direction across the nursery and kindergarten.

We work based on an annual cycle, which is developed and qualified in collaboration.

Practical information

There are two permanent positions with employment from 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Salary and employment terms

Employment is in accordance with the current collective agreement for BUPL entered into between KL and BUPL. The position is classified as Pedagogue at 37 hours.

Expected salary range: DKK 32,932.73 – 40,781.50 per month excluding employer-paid pension, holiday allowance and holiday pay. There may be locally agreed allowances, qualification-, function- and entry allowances.

The final salary determination will be based on your qualifications and previous work experience after concrete negotiation with the relevant trade union.
