Bookkeeper Are you the type who loves when the numbers add up and thrive in a everyday life with both finance, administration and contact with people? Then perhaps you’re the one we’re looking for.

At Pro-Automatic we are seeking a bookkeeper for our strong finance team. You will become part of a department characterized by high professionalism, good collaboration and an informal tone, where we help each other and pull together. At the same time you’ll have a varied daily routine with a wide range of tasks within finance and administration.

Your tasks

No day is exactly the same, but your primary tasks will be

• Accounting and handling of supplier invoices
• Reconciliation of suppliers and other balance accounts
• VAT reconciliation and VAT reporting
• Diverse bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks
• Participation in monthly and annual closing
• Bookkeeping and handling of Mastercard transactions
• Handling the telephone switchboard
• Administrative ad hoc tasks and general office support

Who are you?

You don’t need to know it all from day one, but we imagine that you

• Have experience with bookkeeping or finance tasks
• Have a good sense of numbers and attention to detail
• Work in a structured way and take responsibility for your tasks
• Are familiar with Excel and Outlook
• Are service-minded and thrive in a role with many contact interfaces
• Have knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central or willingness to learn it

You may come with several years of experience. You may be relatively newly graduated with the right attitude and a desire to learn. For us, the most important thing is that you are curious, engaged and ready to become part of the team.
