About the job

Permanent positions from January 1st, 30-37 hours per week. But there is also an opportunity for an earlier start. Majvænget is a new living community with 24/7 coverage for adults with developmental disabilities and psychiatric comorbidities. The residents have substantial and lasting needs for pedagogical support and care. The residents are between 25-82 years old.

You will participate in the pedagogical work with our residents, and be able to see the value of multidisciplinary collaboration between the pedagogical and health care areas. We place emphasis on collegial cooperation and ongoing development thereof as a cornerstone for the residents’ wellbeing.

Your profile

For our newly built 24/7 facility in Malling we are looking for strong professionals: pedagogues, health assistants.

• Bring your professional competences into play – and can translate them into meaningful support for the residents.
• Collaborate strongly on the core task – you see the value of multidisciplinary work and actively contribute to joint salary negotiations.
• Are loyal to the political organization – you work from the shared frameworks, strategies and decisions that set the direction for the offering.
• Have an eye for documentation.
• Knowledge of Moduls / FMK is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Knowledge of the Common Professional Strategy – including neuroeducation, KRAP, and LA2, sensory integration are central approaches in our work.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary determination takes place after negotiation with the professional organization that has the right to negotiate.
