📣 We are looking for a service manager for Thagaard Rengøring in Skive

Do you have local knowledge, a desire to take responsibility and the courage to run the daily business as if it were your own? Then you might be our new service manager.

For our sister company Thagaard Cleaning we are seeking an independent service manager who will lead the daily operations and be close to both customers and our 30 employees. We are based in Skive with customers within a radius of about 40 kilometers.

Your everyday life with us

You will have a central role with responsibility for

• Plan and coordinate cleaning tasks and staffing.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and follow up on quality and satisfaction.
• Recruit, train and support the employees.
• Handle holidays, sickness and changes in daily operations.
• Monitor hours, materials and consumption of resources.
• Contribute to retaining and developing the business.

We are looking for someone who

• Has solid local knowledge of Skive and surroundings.
• Can write, understand and speak Danish, so you can communicate clearly with customers and employees.
• Works independently, takes initiative and follows your tasks through to completion.
• Can build good relationships and keep an overview when plans change.
• Wants to take ownership and run Thagaard Cleaning with the same commitment as if it were your own company.

Independent responsibility with support behind you
