We are seeking a mechanical engineer with experience in Robot and Process equipment within the Pharma/biotech industry

i2r works for food, process/chemistry and pharmaceutical companies on Zealand. What unites our partners is the optimal use of the latest technologies that most effectively support their respective business areas.

We are looking for a competent and experienced employee who, together with our colleagues, can handle tasks within:

Robot solutions

• Idea generation (you should have an “Ole inventor” gene) and be able to visualize your idea with drawings/animation/description of robot sequence,
• Design and preparation of drawings of robot cells,
• Design of fixtures and grippers,

and/or

Specification, design and modification of equipment within the pharmaceutical industry with experience in one or more unit operations:

• Filtration,
• Fermentation technology,
• Spray drying technology / powder processes,
• Sterile technique,
• Hygienic design
• CIP/SIP
• Utility systems (Nitrogen, compressed air, steam, PW, WFI etc.)

You will participate in the implementation of conversions/new builds in production facilities located at i2r’s customers primarily on Zealand or at our flexible office in Søborg.

You will become part of a customer-oriented and professional team with very competent colleagues and challenging tasks.

Your tasks will be very diverse and varied and will range from specification and documentation to implementation, testing and qualification of process plants primarily for pharma- and biotech companies.

We expect that you have general practical experience with implementing production solutions for the pharma- and biotech industry, as well as qualification of facilities that are subject to cGMP GAMP 5 requirements.

You understand the customers’ and projects’ overarching goals, and can use them in the role of advisor and external consultant to our customers. You move gracefully in the project world and thrive on blending into the customer’s project environment. You are constructive and proactive in your dialogue with our customers, and have a flair for building strong relationships.
