At EVZ Transmission A/S in Ishøj , we are busy. Our export market is growing, and with new contracts all the way to 2036 we are looking for more skilled mechanics for our workshop.

We are specialists in renovating automatic transmissions for buses and trains, but you do not need to have experience with automatic gearboxes – we will teach you!

In return we expect you to have a good mechanical understanding, be meticulous with your work and take pride in good craftsmanship.

What will you be doing?

You will become part of our team of gear mechanics, where you will, among other things, work with:

• Renovation and repair of automatic transmissions for buses and trains.
• Disassembly, inspection and assembly of mechanical components.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and testing of transmissions.
• Quality assurance of your own work.

We work with advanced mechanics where precision and quality are more important than speed.

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Are trained as a mechanic, truck mechanic, machinist or have a similar technical background.
• Have several years of practical experience and a good mechanical understanding.
• Like working with mechanics and finding solutions to technical challenges.
• Work independently, in a structured way and have good tidiness.
• Take pride in delivering good craftsmanship.
• Desire to learn something new and become part of a specialized team.

Experience with ZF Ecomat and Ecolife gearboxes is, of course, an advantage, but absolutely no prerequisite . We provide thorough training.

You must be able to speak and understand Danish. German is an advantage but not a requirement.
