One of our Social- and Health Care Assistants shares

"The best thing about working in Otterup Home Care is that I am allowed to use my professional skills as a social- and health care assistant every day. We assistants have a great responsibility in the team. We do not only solve concrete tasks for the residents – we use our professional perspective, assess their needs and take responsibility for the care." (Martin Rysgaard)

About us

In the Integrated Care model we work together across professions because each of us contributes with exactly the competencies needed to lift our shared core task.

Our focus is always a caring, rehabilitative and maintenance-oriented effort, where we support residents to live as independently as possible given their current situation.

We work with welfare technology solutions, such as screen visits, when it makes sense.

In addition, we have a close collaboration with the home care administration, the district nurses and the therapists in our area.
