Subheading IBF in Ikast is seeking a reliable and hardworking production worker for a newly started department. You get fixed working hours from 6:00 to 14:10, will become part of a small close-knit team of three people and have the opportunity for permanent employment in the future, while you learn a new craft from scratch.

Your tasks You step into a completely new unit at IBF, where there are currently only two other colleagues. Here you will have an active day-to-day, where you together build the department up and ensure a stable production of concrete elements. You will receive thorough training, so you can confidently solve the tasks independently.

• You cast durable concrete elements and follow the process through to the end.
• You lubricate and prepare the molds, so they are ready for the next day's production.
• You lift and move the finished elements safely using a crane.

Your profile and toolbox The absolutely most important thing to succeed in this role is your attitude and work ethic. We do not expect you to have experience with either concrete or cranes, as you will receive the necessary on-site training. However, we do expect you to take pride in doing your work well.

• You are known for being extremely reliable and trustworthy.
• You are hardworking and naturally pitch in where a hand is needed.
• You thrive with physical work in a production environment.

It is a plus if you have a forklift certificate, as it can make everyday life a little more flexible, but it is absolutely not a requirement to be considered for the position. The most important is your willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
