We are looking for engaged temporary workers for our fantastic team of staff, who make a difference for our citizens every day. Here you will meet a team that is passionate about creating the framework in which both citizens and staff thrive.

We have space for 12 residents and provide both a residential facility and engagement in employment.

Our citizens have needs for

• Support to create and maintain structure in everyday life.
• Predictability and visual communication.
• Motivation and trust.
• Special focus on exercise, healthy diet and regulation of their nervous system.

As a temporary worker with us you play an important role in supporting our citizens through the day and helping them navigate their structure. When it becomes difficult for a citizen, it is important that you can stay calm and be a stable mirror, so their nervous system can find security in you.

We are looking for you who

• have a calm and balanced approach, even in pressured situations.
• can motivate, engage and build trust through presence.
• have an interest in working with visual communication and structure.
• enjoy being active and supporting our citizens in exercise and health.

Experience is an advantage, but not a requirement – we provide training and support from our skilled colleagues.

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement entered into between KL and the bargaining organization.
