We are seeking a dedicated employee for individually tailored support in Gladsaxe Disability Services, Kellersvej 13-15.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible or no later than January 1, 2027.

We are seeking a curious and engaged colleague who will make a difference for adults with physical and intellectual developmental disabilities.

You will have a special responsibility for residents with a need for individual support, but you are also an important part of the whole house's daily life. You contribute to care, safety, shared activities and positive experiences for all residents.

We believe that good everyday life is created through presence, respect and attention to both the individual person's needs and the opportunities of the community.

About the position

As a 1:1 staff member you will play a central role in supporting residents with a need for a specially organized and predictable everyday life. You will become a fixed support person who is part of a professionally strong team and works closely with both residents, colleagues and relatives.

Practical

A permanent position, in principle 37 hours per week, with the possibility to agree on a different number of hours. Shift work between 7:00 and 23:00 and work every other weekend.
