In Blood Tests and Biochemistry we have many ideas and exciting development projects. Some spring from our own daily work, others come with new technology. And with a healthcare system that moves closer to citizens, there are also new opportunities for development.

Therefore we are seeking a development bioanalyst who is eager to help move the ideas from thought to action.

The position is part of our staff function and reports directly to management. You will work closely with management, senior bioanalysts, key professional personnel, operations specialists and our IT specialist.

The position is new, so not everything is defined in advance. This is done deliberately. We have a direction and several development areas in mind, but we also would like to have a colleague who can help shape the function with their competences and ideas.

What will you be involved in?

You will work on development projects both inside and outside the department. We already have several areas where we see development opportunities, and where you can play an important role.

These include, among others

• The Proximity Plan and Citizen-centered Health , where we will help develop and support new diagnostic offerings closer to the citizens
• Laboratory Professional Consulting Scheme (LKO) , where we see opportunities to develop diagnostic support and cooperation with our external partners.
• LUP and patient experiences , where patient feedback can be a starting point for new improvement projects
• BI portal and IT , where we want to become even better at using data and digital possibilities to develop our workflows and offerings
• Competence development , where we want to develop new ways to support professional learning and competencies across the department
• Development projects across, where you can help initiate projects, create momentum and support the implementation of new solutions

We also hope that you are proactive, draw inspiration and spot new possibilities that we might not have thought of.

Which projects you will work on will develop along the way. Sometimes you will be at the forefront yourself, other times you will contribute to projects together with colleagues and partners both inside and outside the department.

Common is that development must take its starting point in our daily work and create value for patients, employees and partners.

Who do we hope you are?

You are educated as a bioanalyst and want to use your professional skills in a somewhat different way.

You do not need to have many years of experience with development work or project management. But you must want to take responsibility, work independently and get things to happen.

We hope you are curious, outgoing and proactive. You want to build relationships, gain inspiration and collaborate with different people and professional backgrounds both inside and outside the department.

You think creatively, spot new possibilities and dare to challenge what we usually do. At the same time you work in a structured way and can stay the course so that ideas also become action.

And we hope that you sometimes ask: “Could we do this in another way?”

Who will you become a part of?

Blood Tests and Biochemistry is about 80 employees distributed across three sections: Biochemistry and Coagulation, Haematology and Serology, and Pre-analysis and POCT. In addition, we have a cross-functional staff function.

We have a busy everyday life, but also many ambitions for our profession and department. We know each other across, have an informal tone and a short distance between employees and management.

We like to try new ideas and are not afraid to do things differently. With us there must be room to be curious, ask questions and learn along the way.

As a development bioanalyst you will become part of our everyday life and professional community. You must know operations and at the same time have the opportunity to lift your gaze, see new possibilities and help develop the department.

Employment terms

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the agreement between the Health Cartel (Danish bioanalysts) and Danish Regions.

The position is, in principle, a full-time position.
