About the job
We are seeking 2 engaged and skilled health administrative staff for the Department of Ophthalmology. The place of employment is flexible and can be in Næstved, Roskilde, or as a split appointment across both sites.
As a rule you are educated as a medical secretary or health administrative coordinator. If you have office training and experience from the health care system, you are also very welcome to apply.
About us
We are a secretarial group of 20 distributed between Roskilde and Næstved. What characterizes us is a strong collegial community, high professionalism, and a shared ambition to deliver the best possible service to patients, relatives and partners.
We are also in the midst of an exciting development. The secretariat is moving from a site-based to a task-based organization, where more tasks are handled across sites. This development continues toward the consolidation at the new Sjællands University Hospital in Køge by the end of 2028.
We are therefore looking for colleagues who thrive on development, collaboration and change, and who want to make their mark on the Secretariat of the future.
About the job
We work in rotation. This means that you as a rule have a function for one week at a time. Home working is possible when you have been thoroughly trained and can handle functions independently.
Rotational tasks
- Call center
- Reception of patients at our reception
- Handling of correspondence with patients, relatives and external partners
- Various ad hoc urgent tasks with cross-disciplinary collaboration, primarily with the on-call doctor and acute nurse
- Case processing of outpatient and surgical activity
- Patient lists
Application deadline and terms of employment
- The positions are available in Næstved, Roskilde or as a split appointment across both sites. Please indicate in the application which you are applying for
- The positions are 37 hours and with start on December 1 or by agreement
- Structured training program developed based on your competencies
- Working hours are daytime on weekdays between 7:30 and 15:30 with occasional Saturday shifts
- Salary follows the collective agreement for health administrative personnel
- We look forward to hearing from you, no later than November 8
- Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis
If you would like to know more about the position, you are welcome to contact the health administrative leader Mia Schmidt Gadegaard at email [email protected] or telephone 23 43 45 97
