VKAREN.DK is seeking, on behalf of a client, fresh and responsible temporary workers for cleaning work in and around Køge

About the job

Are you self-driven and have a structured approach to your work? Do you enjoy cleaning, being thorough but quick, and can you step in on short notice? Then you are the one we are looking for.

You start your day by reporting to the area office in Køge, where you receive a route and information about the residents and business properties you will visit. Thereafter you and your partner drive between private homes and commercial properties, finishing the day by returning to the area office in Køge. A car is provided.

As a cleaning aide, your primary tasks will be

• Wiping down
• Mirror polishing
• Vacuuming
• Floor cleaning or similar

All tasks must be performed with care, respect and attention to detail.

The positions are available to start as soon as possible, and as a rule are short-term assignments with good prospects for extension. For the right person, permanent employment may also be discussed.

It is crucial that you can come in on short notice, as there is often coverage due to illness and holidays.

Working hours will be from 05:20 to 13:00. The hourly amount may vary but will typically be between 7.5 and 15 hours per week on average. In periods the hours may increase.

We expect

You may have experience with cleaning, but this is not a requirement

You are eager to learn and take on new tasks

You have a category B driving license

You can report to Køge at 05:20

You speak and read Danish or English.

However, the essential thing is that you have a will to learn and to take on new tasks.

Your profile

You are responsible, meticulous in your work and enjoy different types of cleaning tasks. You work in a structured way and have a good overview. You like cleaning and pride yourself on leaving your surroundings in a state where no one can fault your work. You have a positive and welcoming demeanor and prefer getting up early in the morning. You enjoy interacting with older people and you thrive in home cleaning and office cleaning.
