About the job

Are you independent, and do you have a structured approach to your work? Do you enjoy cleaning, being thorough but quick, and can you step in at short notice? Then you are the one we are looking for.

You start your day by reporting to the district office in Køge, where you are given a route and information about the residents and commercial properties you will visit. Thereafter you and your partner drive around between private homes and commercial properties, after which you end the day by again reporting to the district office in Køge. A car is provided.

As a cleaning assistant your primary tasks will be

• Wiping
• Mirror polishing
• Vacuuming
• Floor cleaning or similar

All tasks must be carried out with care, respect and attention to detail.

The temporary positions are to start as soon as possible, and as a rule they are short-term assignments, with good opportunities for extension. For the right person, permanent employment can also be discussed.

It is essential that you can step in at short notice, as there are often replacements due to illness and holidays.

Working hours will be from 05:20 to 13:00. The number of hours can vary but will generally be between 7.5 and 15 hours per week on average. At times the hours may increase.

We expect

You would preferably have experience with cleaning, but it is not a requirement

You are keen to learn and familiarise yourself with new tasks

You have a B driving license

You can report to Køge at 05:20

You speak and read Danish or English.

The important thing is, however, that you have the desire to learn and familiarise yourself with new tasks.

Your profile

You are responsible, thorough in your work and enjoy different types of cleaning tasks. You work in a structured way and have a good overview. You like cleaning and take pride in leaving your surroundings with nothing to fault in your work. You have a positive and approachable demeanor and are at your best getting up early in the morning. You like to mingle with older people and you thrive with home cleaning and office cleaning.
