HVAC plumber for service and dampers in Aalborg

Do you want high pay, a company car and freedom with responsibility?

We need a plumbing and HVAC technician for service and dampers in Aalborg.

You will become part of a large plumbing and ventilation organization where there is control of both service and contracting. The work is based in Aalborg and the surrounding area, and customers range from private individuals to corporate, industry and public projects. The role is mostly autonomous, so you drive out and handle your own service and damper tasks. There are both smaller service tasks and larger technical installations in the house, so you land in a position with broad professional scope around you.

The good thing about the setup is that you get freedom without being let loose in chaos. The salary is high, the company car is included, and there is a large organization behind you when something needs clarifying. You should enjoy taking responsibility for the day and also speak up if a task requires more hands.

What you get Salary: 220-260 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Area of work: Aalborg and surroundings

Colleagues: About 155 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short assignments.

Everyday: Service, dampers and independent planning

Your everyday

The day is about service and dampers, where tasks must be solved properly and reported back clearly. You have freedom with responsibility, so you prioritize your time sensibly and say if something changes along the way. When a task grows, there must be a plan for the next steps so the customer isn’t left hanging.

You will, among other things, work with

• Handling service and dampers for existing and new customers
• Working with plumbing and HVAC tasks in industry and commerce
• Troubleshooting on existing plumbing installations
• Installing and servicing water and heating installations
• Handling smaller piping work and maintenance

You fit in well here if you enjoy a day where things run smoothly and people expect you to take responsibility. It’s freedom with responsibility in practice, not just something in a job ad.

We’re looking for someone who can tick off most of it

You don’t have to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 4 years of experience as a plumbing and HVAC technician
• Have a driver's license
• Can plan your own day
• Speak politely with customers
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have experience with service, dampers, industry or commerce. But the most important is that you can take hold and deliver a piece of work you can stand behind.
