Everyday life is characterized by high complexity, a large patient flow and close collaboration across sectors.

We are passionate about our specialty and combine fundamental nursing with highly specialized treatment. At the same time we work from the conceptual framework Fundamentals of Care , where relational and person-centered nursing forms the basis of our practice.

As a nurse with us you will have the opportunity to develop competencies within

We offer

  • 8-week introductory program outside the normal working hours
  • Influence on your own work schedule
  • Experienced mentor and a fixed sparring partner during the introduction period
  • Follow-up well-being conversations with mentor and head nurse
  • Structured competence development program with salary recognition after completion of training
  • Endocrinology specialty course
  • Ongoing professional development and sparring with clinical nursing specialists
  • Skilled and helpful colleagues in all shift teams
  • Visible, present and supportive leadership

  • Can work independently while also being an active part of the team

We wish for a colleague who wants to help strengthen our good working environment, and who sees the value in shared reflection, learning and development.

Employment terms

The position is 32-37 hours per week. We are primarily seeking for night and evening shifts, but daytime shifts may also occur, especially during the introduction period. There is a minimum of every 3rd weekend worked.
