We are looking for a process operator for our factory in Langeskov

At Heidelberg Materials we are looking for a committed process operator who will help ensure that our customers receive concrete of the highest quality every day. With us the role is called batch master, because you control the heart of the production.

You will become part of a strong production community consisting of 3 Area Managers, an administrative coordinator, 30 batch masters, spread across our 14 concrete plants around the country. Although we are geographically spread out, we work closely together and help each other across locations.

Your everyday life as a batch master

After thorough training you will be responsible for producing ready-mixed concrete using our modern production and control systems.

Your tasks include

• Operate and monitor concrete mixers and production plants
• Ensure and document high quality in production
• Carry out light maintenance and troubleshooting on plants and equipment
• Comply with safety and environmental requirements
• Order raw materials and supplies in accordance with production plans
• Coordinate daily logistics between concrete plant, drivers and customers
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, drivers, colleagues and suppliers

No day is ever the same. You will have a central role where technology, planning, quality and customer service go hand in hand.

Who are you?

We envisage that you have an education as a process operator, industrial operator or a craft background, for example as a mechanic, blacksmith or similar.

The most important, however, is that you have technical understanding, sense of responsibility and a desire to learn.

In addition we would like you to

• Work in a structured and quality-conscious way
• Have a flair for IT and technical control systems
• Enjoy responsibility and independent tasks
• Be collaborative and contribute to good collegiality
• Speak and understand Danish
• Have a category B driving license

Experience from the concrete, construction or production industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. We provide thorough training so you have the best conditions to succeed.
