At Nomelle we are looking for a creative and engaged employee who can combine working as a waiter with the responsibility of creating exciting and relevant content for our social media.

The position is about 20 hours per week on average, but the number of hours can vary.

About the job

We believe the best content for our social media is created by people who know the restaurant from the inside. Therefore we are looking for an employee who both wants to be part of the daily operations and can translate the experiences, atmosphere and everyday life at Nomelle into engaging content.

You will work as a waiter in the restaurant, where you get to know our guests, colleagues, routines and gastronomic universe. You will use this insight to develop and produce content that reflects Nomelle's identity and gives our followers an authentic view into the restaurant.

Your tasks will include

• Ordinary waiter duties and participation in the daily restaurant operation
• Planning, production and publication of content for our social media, including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Photography, video recording and editing of images and videos
• Development of creative ideas and content that support the restaurant's style and profile
• Keeping you updated on relevant trends and translating them into content that fits Nomelle
• Ongoing dialogue and coordination with the other people working with the restaurant's marketing and communications

Who are you?

We envision you as a creative and independent person who both enjoys people and has a natural interest in social media.

We expect that you

• Have experience producing content for social media and understand what creates engagement
• Have solid experience editing images and videos
• Are creative, proactive and have an eye for the small details that can become good content
• Follow trends and developments on social media and can assess what fits our restaurant
• Are hardworking, responsible and good at turning ideas into action
• Can work independently, but also thrive with close sparring and collaboration
• Have an interest in gastronomy, restaurant experiences and hosting

Experience as a waiter is an advantage but not a requirement. Experience with content production and social media is expected, as you need to actively contribute to the development of our digital presence.

A role with two roles

The two roles will naturally overlap, as a large part of the content arises during the restaurant's daily life. There will also be specific working hours allocated for both waiter tasks and planning, production and editing of content.

You will have the opportunity to shape our social media with your own ideas, while working closely with other people involved in Nomelle's marketing.
