We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper

Autoskadestuen Vejle seeks an experienced bookkeeper for a full-time position with responsibility for bookkeeping across our 5 departments.

We are looking for an experienced and independent bookkeeper who can take responsibility for the day-to-day finance and ensure that bookkeeping, reconciliations and the administrative processes are under control.

You will become an important part of Autoskadestuen and take a central role in a growing company where there is a short path from decision to action.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for a wide range of bookkeeping and financial tasks. Your primary tasks will be:

• Daily bookkeeping and reconciliation
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
• Invoicing
• VAT reconciliation
• Preparation of material for the auditor
• Ongoing financial and administrative tasks

Who are you?

We imagine that you already have experience with bookkeeping and are used to working independently with your tasks.

You work in a structured and thorough manner and have a good financial overview. At the same time you thrive with responsibility and can prioritise your tasks yourself in a busy everyday life.

Your educational background is not the most important thing for us. The decisive factor is that you have the necessary experience and can ensure that the finances are in order.
