We are looking for a blacksmith for construction and assembly in Ølstykke.

You will land in a larger blacksmithing company where the work is focused on commercial tasks and requires that things are assembled properly. The day-to-day alternates between construction, assembly and fieldwork, so you get both workshop work and tasks out where the solution needs to fit in practice. You work both independently and with a partner, depending on what the task requires. There is a company car included in the package, so you have proper framework for the days when the work takes place offsite.

The role suits you if you like to use your hands and your head at the same time. You must be able to take responsibility for your part of the task, speak up if something isn’t right, and deliver work you can stand behind. At the same time, there is a social togetherness around everyday life, so it’s not just about showing up, welding and going home again.

Everyday: Construction, assembly and fieldwork

Your everyday The day can take place both in the workshop and at the assembly site, depending on which tasks are planned. You will work with parts that must be manufactured, assembled and adapted, so they can withstand use afterwards. When something needs to be mounted offsite, it’s about thinking practically and making the solution fit the site.

You will among other things be working with

• Construction fabrication and assembly
• Assembly and fieldwork
• Fabrication and assembly by arrangement
• Cutting, drilling and fitting
• Constructions in black steel, stainless or aluminum

• Have experience as a blacksmith
• Preferably have at least 2 years of experience in the trade
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your part
• Thrive with both assembly and practical fieldwork
• Will speak up if something isn’t right
